2012 Presidential Candidate, former Speaker of the House, The Honorable,  Newt Gingrich.

Newt Gingrich was a US Representative for the state of Georgia for 20 years. He is the founder of the Conservative Opportunity Society and American Solutions for Winning the Future. Before becoming Speaker of the House, Gingrich was the architect of the first Republican congressional majority in 40 years starting in 1994. With a narrow majority, Speaker Gingrich led Congress to achieve welfare reform, reign in the United Nations, and pass four consecutive balanced budgets all while overcoming the veto pen of a Democrat President.

Contributions to the Orange County Republican Executive Committee are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.  Contributions permitted under federal law will be deposited in the OCREC federal account (OCREC’s federal component) unless otherwise designated and are subject to federal contributions limitations.  Contributions not permitted under federal law will be deposited into the OCREC local committee account (OCREC’s non-federal component) as permitted by law.  Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires political committees such as OCREC to collect and report the name, employer, address and occupation of individuals contributing over $200/year.
